Becoming a mother has shaped my practice and the way I see the world. Through the eyes of my young daughter—who often stops to admire flowers on a walk—I’ve learned to slow down, notice the small wonders, and appreciate beauty in the everyday. This fresh perspective brings a sense of presence and joy to my work.
Painting is my escape—a way to forget about the stresses of life. I love getting lost in colours and shapes, often losing track of time because I’m so immersed in the process. Creating art makes me feel free, stay curious, and be connected.
